VILLA KAI

Villa Kai is located in the Sandy Hill area on Long Pond Bay, with easy access to the coastline. The whole house is screened, and there’s air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The outdoor living space includes a shaded dining area and plentiful lounge furniture for relaxing around the pool. The living area faces the view, and there are loungers around the pool if guest want to sunbathe or snooze. The terrace wraps around the back side of the villa, so there’s several places to relax and take in the view. The Great Room is huge, and sits in the middle of the villa with bedrooms on either side. The living room sits closest to the deck, and has a flat screen TV with cable, a sitting area, desk, and dining table. The kitchen is on the opposite side of the space, with a coffeemaker, breakfast nook, and basic appliances. The Master Bedroom and laundry room are on the left side of the Great Room. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, terrace access, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is oversized, and has a soaking tub and outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the Great Room, two bedrooms are connected via the patio. One has a king-sized bed, and one has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. Both ensuite bathrooms have walk-in showers.

There are several restaurants nearby, even though Sandy Hill is one of the quieter regions on the island.
