Round Rock Villa

Round Rock Estate is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa on the idyllic island of Anguilla. Completely renovated in 2019, no expense was spared to make the most of the breathtaking waterfront location. Located in a quiet part of the island, activities and dining are easily accessible. The villa is 5 minutes from Rendezvous and the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal is within a short drive.  

The Villa also features an advanced solar power system, contributing significantly to substantial savings on electricity bills. A drilled well with reverse osmosis producing 3000 gallons of water per day. 

Sit by the private pool under pristine white umbrellas and gaze at the cool Caribbean Sea against the enchanting views of neighboring St. Martin.  Everything you might desire is poolside — covered seating and dining, a heated pool, poolside bar with ice maker and fridge, BBQ grill, ample lounges and a large terrace. The elevated veranda is outfitted with cushioned furnishings, ceiling fans, and mood lighting for any time of day. A changing room and restroom are available off the pool deck.

The main house has a lovely entrance with the  sea views evident as soon as you enter and holds the premier en-suite suite with fantastic vistas of the ocean and St. Martin, 2 en-suite guest rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area with sliding stores out to our favorite feature of this home, the very spacious shaded porch and spectacular heated pool and jacuzzi with generous pool deck, separate bar area with sink, refrigerator and ice maker perfect for entertaining by the pool. This is also a great area for BBQ’s and there is the addition of a shower and bathroom outside which is super handy. 

The second building is an independent garden cottage with an enjoyable outdoor shower, perfect for guests or teenagers who want some separation. Building 3 is a new construction that was added during the remodeling and is home to 2 additional massive ensuite guests rooms on the top floor with sea views and on the ground level is a great gym, double garage, and good sized laundry room as well as an additional bathroom.
