Patrick’s Bay Villa

This lovely villa is situated in the Sea Rocks,  Island Harbour, which is predominantly an upper class residential and villa development area along the northern coast.   Almost every home or villa in this area sits high overlooking the sea, quite close to waters edge and there is a path to the sea. Patrick’s Bay is a short 3 minute drive to world class and award winning Shoal Bay East beach, one of the most spectacular beaches in the Caribbean.

This villa is very spacious and elegant, and the living room and separate dining room are large – perfect for relaxation and entertaining. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main level and a fourth bedroom and bath on the lower level which is only accessed by an outdoor entrance. All rooms are very comfortable and airy. There are ceiling fans throughout, and the owner recently added a/c units in all the bedrooms.

The outside gallery extends the length of the house facing the Atlantic Ocean. There is outside dining and comfortable chairs with side tables. It is a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning and your favorite beverage in the afternoon upon returning from the beach.  The sunsets are breathtaking and rainbows are a common sight from the gallery.
