Folding doors open the Living and Dining Rooms to the Pool Terrace offering stunning views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Prevailing easterly winds keep interior & exterior spaces cool and comfortable. Take a refreshing dip in the ocean, swim in the lap pool or sunbathe on the Terrace – you’re sure to enjoy the peace & tranquility afforded in this private villa setting.

The unique layout allows Fletch’s Cove to be rented as a one- or two-bedroom villa providing spacious, comfortable accommodation in either configuration. Centrally located on the south coast, you are never very far from popular beaches, restaurants & other island attractions. It’s a perfect venue for a romantic honeymoon, anniversary, or a quiet getaway for couples.

Master Bedroom Suite

Alone on the second floor, the Master Bedroom enjoys a splendid view of the ocean & St. Martin to the south. It is furnished with a king-size sleigh bed, writing desk, AC & armoire equipped with TV & DVD player. The sunken bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a full-length mirror. French doors open onto a spacious, private balcony with twin chaises & side table.

 Bedroom 2 Suite

​The Second Bedroom pairs with the Cabana-Bath to form a spacious suite complete with two vanity sinks, shower, commode room & two armoires. A tall louvered window allows prevailing breezes to wash over the king size bed making air conditioning optional. This Bedroom also features a writing desk, two benches & French doors which open onto a large, private balcony with excellent views of the ocean, St. Martin, and surrounding islands.
