Outside, a private courtyard with lounge chairs and a hot tub offers a tranquil retreat, just steps from the beach.

Guests enjoy access to premium amenities, including a private swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a gym, and complimentary use of kayaks, snorkel gear, and beach furniture.

Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, Altamer places you close to top restaurants, pristine beaches, and a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course. While taxis are available, many guests choose to rent a vehicle for added flexibility, with on-site parking provided. For those looking to explore beyond the island, boat excursions to nearby cays, St. Martin, and St. Barth’s can be arranged.

Petit Topaz shares beach, gym, and tennis court access with the neighboring five-bedroom Antilles Pearl villa, which may be occupied by other guests. For added convenience, beach chairs are set up approximately 100 meters from the villa, ensuring a seamless and comfortable beach experience.
