Anguilla Great House Beach Resort

In 1988, even before construction began, founder Mr. Conrad Walton Fleming planted the first coconut trees along the property’s iconic walkway. These trees became a defining feature of Anguilla Great House, offering shade and serenity to countless guests.

We lost almost all of the trees after Hurricane Irma devastated Anguilla in 2017. Not to be deterred, Mr. Fleming personally replanted the trees—one every day, continuing his commitment to preserving this special place. The connection lives on in the name of our beach restaurant, Coconuts, a nod to the grove’s lasting significance.

Today, Conrad Wilbert Fleming, who everyone calls “Will,” manages the property. At 91, his father, our patriarch Walton, can still be found tending to his beloved coconut trees and gardens.

Anguilla Great House remains a family-owned haven, blending the iconic coconut grove, the stunning crescent of Rendezvous Bay, and heartfelt Caribbean hospitality to create a place where every guest feels at home.
